I stumbled upon TIME MORE COFFEE whilst wandering along Huaihai Lu in Shanghai and wow - what a find! Firstly the layout of this coffee experience shop is next-level-design-thinking and drew me in with its attractive wood grain and curves, which, in a city like Shanghai, is often a missed opportunity for some stores are store designs are indeed amazing, yet they do not actually entice the customer in. Hats-Off to the interior architecture firm Robot 3 Studio for an outstanding store! Once inside TIME MORE I was greeted by a fine selection of coffees and coffee making gadgets to piques my curiosity and shift it towards a hand-on-my-wallet moment and thoughts of “what am I going to buy”. I purchased Time More's MANDHELING Coffee Beans and, now after having many a cup, this is a good bean with a well-rounded flavour that produces a perfect everyday cups of coffee. Mandheling is grown on the Indonesian island of Sumatra and provides has a reputation for smooth, full body and a rich taste. Great shop and great coffee!
