Tim Adams Wines started in 1984 as Adams and Wray and in 1986 saw the first release of wine under the 'Adams and Wray' label. The Adams and Wray partnership was dissolved in 1987 and the winery was renamed Tim Adams Wines, with the purchase of the current winery site at Clare with their cellar door opened and the first grapes crushed on site in 1988. The decades that followed brought Tim Adams Wines an evolution of the company and resulted in a progressive family winery that is committed to creating elegant wines.
